Refund policy

We want to delight you in every way so we offer you a hassle free return. 

If for any reason you are not totally delighted with your purchase, you are welcome to return the purchased item/s within 30 days of receipt, in an unused condition and in original packaging and we will provide a full product refund (delivery costs excluded).

Please simply forward your original order confirmation email to returns@luxeandloom.com.au and identify the items you would like to return and we will provide you with authority to return. 

We recommend you use a trackable shipping method and return your goods using the original shipping bag turned inside out. 

*Please note we are unable to process refunds on sale items, except when faulty.

Faulty Goods

In the event you have purchased an item that is faulty you may return the purchased item outside of the 14 day purchase period, with proof of purchase and we will offer you a full refund or exchange of your choice. 

Incorrect Order

We do our best to make sure all products are checked when packed so they make it safely to their new home. If you do receive an incorrect item please contact orders@luxeandloom.com.au so we can arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you immediately.
